Careers at Summit North Construction

At Summit North Construction, we know that our people are the foundation of everything we build. We're always looking for motivated, skilled, and reliable individuals to join our team. Whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience in the construction industry, we offer a supportive, safety-focused work environment with real opportunities for growth.

We hire for a wide range of positions, including tradespeople, general laborers, project managers, community liaison workers, and apprentices. We proudly prioritize hiring from local communities—especially through our on-reserve projects—and offer training and apprenticeship programs that provide long-term career development.

We also welcome tradespeople from across Canada who are open to travel and working in remote areas. Many of our projects are located in northern and rural communities, where we offer longer rotational shifts to accommodate travel and maximize time on-site. If you're looking for meaningful work, steady employment, and the chance to help build essential infrastructure in communities that need it most, Summit North may be the right fit for you.
